The Bihar College Examination Board (BSEB) has cancelled the Class 10 Social Science examination held on Friday, February 19, as a result of a paper leak earlier than the graduation of the examination. The authorities have introduced to reconduct the examination on March 8 for the scholars who appeared within the first shift.

The matter of Bihar Board paper leak noticed the sunshine of day when the board was knowledgeable a few picture of the social science query paper of the primary shift being circulated on WhatsApp. A complete of 8,46,504 college students had appeared for the examination held within the first shift.

The Bihar College Examination Board issued an announcement on this regard on Friday night and stated, “In a preliminary investigation, it has been discovered that the query paper was leaked by means of WhatsApp by a contractual workers of the Jhajha department of the State Financial institution of India (SBI) named Vikas Kumar. The police have arrested a contractual worker named Vikas Kumar who allegedly opened the reserved query paper and despatched its picture on WhatsApp. The picture of a query paper was despatched by Vikas Kumar by way of WhatsApp to one in all his family showing in Class 10 board examination.”

“An FIR has been lodged. The police have arrested Vikas Kumar who allegedly opened the reserved query papers together with two different workers of the SBI Financial institution – Shashikant Chaudhary and Ajit Kumar who have been discovered concerned on this incident,” it added.
